John Coley

John is a full-time real estate broker and the founder of Lake Martin Voice Realty. A fifth-generation Lake Martin local, he’s spent the past 20 years helping buyers and sellers navigate the waterfront lifestyle. Through decades of experience, he’s learned that a vacant lake home can go from “fine” to “major issue” fast—and Hawk Eye was created to help solve that. John brings deep knowledge of the area, a sharp eye for detail, and a reputation for treating people right. When he’s not helping clients, you’ll probably find him filming another local video or floating with family in a quiet slough.

John’s role at Hawk Eye is to lead the marketing and administration side of things.
